Member Login Instructions

To log in to your members only site for the first time, please follow these instructions:

User Name:
"CCV" + member number + relationship code

0 for a primary member and 1 for spouse

Primary Member example: CCV999990
Spouse example: CCV999991
Oldest child example: CCV999992

Password:
'first initial' + 'full last name'

(all lower-case letters with no space between your first initial and last name.)
example: jdoe

Enter this information into the "Member Login" area and it will take you to a screen that will allow you to change both your initial user ID and password to a user ID and password of your choice.

If you think that you may have changed your initial user ID and password but can’t remember, either use the "forgot username or password" link on the home page or please contact Carla Waldron at the phone number or e-mail address below. Carla will be happy to help you.
