First Login Instructions

To log in to the website for the first time, please follow these instructions:

Member Number:
Member Number - Membership Suffix
For example: 12345-00

Your member number is your member account number, including your membership suffix. The membership suffix is the two-digit number that follows your account number in our billing system. 

Each member on an account has a suffix. As a guide, the suffix are assigned as follows for a family of five:
Husband -00
Wife -01
Eldest Child -02
Middle Child -03
Youngest Child -04

Password:
your last name (all lowercase)

Once you log in, please update your password by following the instructions.
