Lunch and dinner are provided daily to employees in most departments who are working during the meal period.

Majority of medical/dental premiums paid by CCV.

Available to full-time employees after two months of employment.

Coverage is one time salary for hourly employees, two times' salary for exempt employees.

Fully paid by CCV and available to full-time employees after two months of employment.

Save money on out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses as well as dependent care that allows you and your spouse to go to work or go to school.

Available to full-time employees after three months of employment.

3% non-elective employer contribution plus matching contributions and immediate rollovers from former plans.

Available to employees working at least 1,000 hours per year after age 21 after one-year of employment.

Free, confidential help for problems, such as marital, stress-related, substance abuse, grief, etc.

Available to all employees and to immediate family members in the same household with no waiting period.

From our internships and Manager-in-Training programs, to our financial coaching and estate planning education sessions, CCV employees have countless opportunities to advance themselves personally and professionally. We also offer CPR certification for any interested employee, a resource group for working parents, and just for fun groups, such as book clubs, outdoor adventure, and cultural outings for our international staff.

For employees unable to work for an extended period due to accidental bodily injury, sickness, mental illness, substance abuse, or pregnancy, these plans pay a benefit equal to 50% of your pre-disability earnings.

The Club pays the entire cost of these plans.
